    They have some new features added at Blogspot, need to look, if that includes pinging.

    Nice in theory, but as of 5/2012 I'm pretty sure that many of these domains are either not in existence or not indexing pings in any way...

    Don't use so big list of ping sites : only if you don't fear google panda and penguin, happened with me..

    If it did or does people could disstroy a competators site by pinging ( that would be hilarious )

    i think this is not a good way, ping to lot of search engine may effect on your ranking or indexing.
