Don't use flash for web site design.
Avoid frames on your site.
Limit your keywords in contents.
Don't get more than 20 links on a page.

Can you just tell me from where you got this idea.

Just google : backup wordpress site to dropbox and you will get 1stwebdesigner in first place. Currently I am trying to compete this site for few keywords.

I just checked the backlinks for this webpage and it got more than 400 backlinks in which 85% are dofollow ( aherfs.com : premium account ). Similarly many of my pages have more than 200 backlinks and still ranks number one for those long tail keywords.
