ok so you want to have your link auto approved into a link directory ..For this you would need to find auto approved link directorys.It has nothing to do with your submission.
For seo this is a bad thing to do in my opinion just look for niche related directorys .

also they do have auto approve article directorys also

You may get penalize by doing link directory submission. It is not a good idea for getting organic traffic.

I heard there are some format that do auto approved directory, I haven't tried it but I heard it before.
