I'm very tired to do forum posting and i don't get any positive response from forum posting.... that is why please any one help me out that how many post is necessary in forum posting in a day to get more traffic on my website.... thank you in advance.......

but overall it takes dailly posting and I would say on a few forums

my question to you is how do people know you have a website or tocome and visit your site ?

According to me, daily atleast u should active in forum postings and updates daily 1 or 2 posts. It helps a lot to create quality back links.

Quality is more important than quantity. Post one or two threads regularly in relevant niche forum and reply to the answers. You will get regular visitors for your site. You should keep your site in your signature.

If you are going for forum posting then you should post one or two posts in a single forum but the post should be regular to get quality backlinks but do not post more than that because it can be taken as spamming. After a fixed post you will get backlink in signature of the forum.

Forum postings really help in SEO to gain traffic to your website.you can participate in different forums putting 4-5 posts in each.If you will do more I think it will be counted as spam .
