- Add your website to local search engines
- Add your website to local directories
- Get listed on Google places, bing local search and Yahoo! local
- Get listed on local classified websites
- Get backlinks from US websites
- Get active on niche related communities which are popular in USA
- Get citations for your listings

I use Keyword Country to find geographically active keywords and social media sites. I am all for it!

The simplest answer I can give is :

Use Google local search and list your service

Make sure to get in yahoo directory and dmoz.
Search google for open directory projects and submit your site their.
bloggers, zimbio ( I fear to use this out of niche )

Try to create blogspot network ( will take little time ) but make sure to use google's targeted system and set it to USA
Then finally get backlinks from them to your blog.

Register to forum and blogs based on USA, and post your links. Don't worry about dofoolow tags, accoding to seoblog : Google also follows nofollow links and even un-hyperlinked urls ( amazing )

You should research keyword for US visitor and then start optimizing those keywords by forums, blogs, social networks, etc.

first find out all the seo companies of USA then keep posting there, discuss matters that is how you can I guess.

Get a US TLD and gain links from US ranked websites. And point your website for US in webmaster tool.

You can place your websites in local directories of USA. All you need to do is to focus more USA websites for marketing.
