Another question, do you ping multiple times per day the urls, or just make one massive will be sufficient?

I do one massive. It works well.

Yes it helps get your links indexed. And only ping your URLs once per day.

Good tool. Just found it now and I'll be using it every time I update the site and all the blogs.
