A small site (1-5 pages) about a very, very specific product which receives more than 1,000 searches per month and has very little competition. They are easy to rank high and you make $0.50-$2 per adsense click on them. Once you have about 50 or 100, you can make a decent amount of money per month from them.

Before you begin to create any micro niche blog or site, you first have to find your micro niche. Now before you rush off and ask for micro niches, you have to understand that many people won't give it to you, as they would want to use it themselves.
The best way to find your micro niche is to use tools such as Wordtracker.com, which is free (unless you want to pay for the paid version), and Google Adwords. These are the sites I would recommend for a beginner. You can also search the web for micro niche ideas, which may give you some other resources that you can use. I would suggest that you stick to the free resources until you have a steady income, which is when you can put extra money for paid keyword searches that may give you better results.
As jesda said, you have to find this niche that has a fair amount of searches with low competition, which you can do by using the tools I've listed above.
After than, you'll have to find hosting and a domain. I believe there are resources in this forum that will give you some tips, and then you can take it from there!
Good luck!
