Anyone here actually making any money from Micro Niche sites?

Of course Micro Niche sites work. There are reports of them working all over the net.

I also have been getting a few $20+ days now. Like you I noticed some keywords are really good. For some reason one of my keywords has a Ecpm of $150 during the month of august at rank #5, so I decided to get it to rank #1 and now it makes a solid $5 a day just from one inner page and the keyword it targets

I have been doing this just under a year and my best day was $80+ for my sites. My average is closer to $30 a day I did everything by myself. I am also sort of switching gears though. I am still building them up to better rankings but I am not building new ones with this method. I am switching to different forms of monetization with my next sites. I don't like putting all my eggs in one basket.

keep in mind that while $20/day is nice - it took me 4 months of working hard to get there, and could be ended any time by Google. I could work another 4 months and make $40 or $50 per day

I'm over $40 per day and during certain seasons my seasonal sites top out well over $100 per day for about 30 days.

As quoted by Jesda. Yes, micro-niche-sites do work. I have plenty of sites that are top ten on the local search engine with there sometimes competetive main keywords. And a few are event internationally top ten.

Two together, one PR3 and one PR2, make between US$ 150 to 200 per month.

You guys are amazing in working your site's monetization techniques. Certainly there are good money available in many micro niche categories. Take the ones you are passionate or interested with and level it up.

Wow, that is amazing, and I really want to get started... are there any tips that you guys can give to a beginner on how to make a micro niche site? Also, lets say I want to start one but I park it a google's blogspot... will I still get a high PR and list high on google?

Just create as many sites as is convenient and develop them.

What do you mean by development? Can you please, please, please expand on that? Does this include advertising, or just adding more pages on your site? And how would you monetize it so that people would click on the ads?

I am willing to learn and listen. I just need someone to guide me.

Development is basically two things here.
1.) Adding content
2.) Building links AND building links to those links.
