    We have a 360 degree Performance Management System in our Company, which I believe is a transparent appraisal process adopted in modern HR practices. I am not sure whether this relates to the 360 degree solution this thread seeks to discuss. The idea is, instead of employees being appraised by the immediate superior alone, which many employees may believe is not fair, the performance evaluation/assessment is done by a panel of senior managers across business divisions. Sorry, if this is off tangent!
