By investing some money with them in one of the plans (I choose professional plan so 14 days until investment matures) and then withdrawing. You don't need to do anything.

That's correct, it takes 14 days for the investment to fully mature and for you to be able to withdraw or reinvest earnings. There's also a 7 day plan too.
I join a few sites at once to diversify earnings.
