I'd say GoDaddy, just 'cause I like them as a domain registrar.

GoDaddy, Namecheap, and Name.com all had some $1.99 and $0.99 /year domains for a little while recently. Not sure if these sales are still on =P

I'd google "GoDaddy promo codes" click the fatwallet link and you'll find 20+ pages of promo codes.

Check the last page, I think that's what I forgot to write.

75% of those will work from the last page, just hard to find domain name reductions since they are already quite cheap.
